There are four key concepts to a successful project. They are Planning, Communication, Execution and Follow up. Certitude Systems has demonstrated time and again a passion for excellence by following these four simple concepts. From your first phone call you will deal with one person and they take ownership of the project and see it through to completion. It is always said the “Devil is in the Details.” The Certitude Project Manager will meet with you to discuss and understand the complete scope of the project. You are then given a written proposal with a realistic start and completion dates as well as a competitive cost survey. Once approved, work starts on time with a very skilled, efficient, clean and conscientious crew. They work around you, limiting the disruption to your business flow as much as possible. During the project you receive daily updates via phone and or email from the project manager as to how things are progressing. Once the project is complete, the project manager will inspect the site and follow up with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. It is a pleasure to work with a company that keeps their customers first. We will continue to use Certitude for all our indoor and outdoor cabling needs because we know with Certitude our projects will be completed correctly the first time, on time and on budget.

I have used Assurance Group Affiliate Certitude Systems for my cabling needs for a few years. I have always found them to be understanding and responsive to my needs, and the service to be nothing less than outstanding. The service people work efficiently and cause very little interruption to our busy work day even when our schedule allows for installation during regular business hours. Experience has shown that the connections work every time and they even provide the test results that we don’t need because we trust them.
