There are four key concepts to a successful project. They are Planning, Communication, Execution and Follow up. Certitude Systems has demonstrated time and again a passion for excellence by following these four simple concepts. From your first phone call you will deal with one person and they take ownership of the project and see it through to completion. It is always said the “Devil is in the Details.” The Certitude Project Manager will meet with you to discuss and understand the complete scope of the project. You are then given a written proposal with a realistic start and completion dates as well as a competitive cost survey. Once approved, work starts on time with a very skilled, efficient, clean and conscientious crew. They work around you, limiting the disruption to your business flow as much as possible. During the project you receive daily updates via phone and or email from the project manager as to how things are progressing. Once the project is complete, the project manager will inspect the site and follow up with you to make sure you are completely satisfied. I have used Assurance Group Affiliate Certitude Systems for my cabling needs for a few years.
